2. Description of Service

Digital Signature Pro provides a free, browser-based tool that generates stylistic signature images based on text input. The service is provided "as is" at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Digital Signature Pro to:

• ✓ Generate signature images for personal use (emails, social media, creative projects).
• ✓ Generate signature images for commercial use (brand assets, documents, design mockups).
• ✓ Download and use generated PNG and SVG files freely, with no attribution required.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Digital Signature Pro to:

• ✗ Forge, impersonate, or fraudulently represent another person's signature.
• ✗ Use generated signatures as legally binding electronic signatures under e-signature laws (e.g., ESIGN Act, eIDAS) — use a dedicated legal e-signature service for that purpose.
• ✗ Scrape, bot, or automate bulk use of the service in ways that degrade performance for other users.
• ✗ Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

5. Intellectual Property

The signature images you generate are based on your own text input. You own the output. The fonts used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL), which permits free use in personal and commercial projects. The website design, code, and branding remain the property of Digital Signature Pro.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Signature Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital Signature Pro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
